1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and customization of furniture by Able (hereinafter referred to as “Able,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with us, you (the “Client”) agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
2. Customization and Order Process
All furniture customized by Able is made to the Client’s specifications. The Client must provide accurate and complete details regarding the desired customization. Once an order is placed, the Client will receive a confirmation that includes a summary of the order details. Any changes to the order must be communicated in writing to Able within 48 hours of confirmation.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of the transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
For orders exceeding 500,000 lek, a 60/40 advance payment structure applies, whereby 60% of the total order amount must be paid online via card/bank transfer . The remaining 40% is to be paid via bank transfer/ card or at the nearest designated financial point (Vlorë/Tirana) before delivery.
For orders below 500,000 lek, full pre-payment of 100% of the total order value is required at the time of order placement. Accepted payment methods include Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards, as well as bank transfers.
By completing a transaction, the customer agrees to these payment terms and conditions. All payments must be made in accordance with the specified methods and timelines to ensure the timely processing and delivery of the order.
4. Delivery
Upon confirmation of the order, the Client will receive an estimated delivery timeline provided by Able’s production team.
For orders under 100,000 lek in the cities of Korçë, Shkodër, and Sarandë, an additional transport fee of 10,000 lek shall apply. Free transport is offered for all other regions within 2-3 business days from the order production.
For customers requesting same-day delivery, an additional charge of 10,000 lek will apply, as this will require dedicated transport services.
Able shall not be held liable for any delays arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to delays by suppliers, transportation issues, or events of force majeure. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and fully prepared to receive the goods at the scheduled time.
By confirming the order, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
5. Inspection and Acceptance
Upon delivery, the Client is responsible for inspecting the furniture for any defects or discrepancies. Any issues must be reported to Able within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report such issues within the specified time frame will be deemed acceptance of the furniture as is.
6. Returns and Cancellations
Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. Cancellations or changes to the order after the deposit has been paid may result in forfeiture of the deposit. In the event of any defects or issues with the furniture, Able will work with the Client to resolve the matter in accordance with our warranty policy.
7. Warranty
Able provides a warranty for its furniture against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Claims under the warranty must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.
8. Liability
Able’s liability is limited to the value of the furniture purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business, or personal injury.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Able and its products are the exclusive property of Able. The Client agrees not to reproduce, copy, or use any of our designs or trademarks without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Albania.
11. Amendments
Able reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the Client is responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.
